These terms govern use of the LocalPeacock website. Specific client projects may also be governed by a separate proposal, invoice or service agreement.

Website previews

A free preview is exploratory and does not create a client relationship or guarantee that a particular design, feature, deadline or price will apply to a final project.

Launch price

The $399 amount displayed on this website is a launch price for the standard small-business website package. Scope limitations apply. Domain fees, ecommerce, portals, custom databases, complex integrations, large content migrations and services outside the stated package may cost extra.

Content and approvals

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information and for confirming that they have the right to use any logos, photographs, testimonials or other material supplied for their project.

Domains and third-party services

Domain registration and renewal are separate from the standard website package. Third-party services may have their own terms and fees.

Demo websites

Businesses displayed in LocalPeacock demo pages are fictional examples created to demonstrate design capability. They are not client endorsements or real service providers.
