These terms apply to website services provided by LocalPeacock. A project proposal, invoice, or written agreement may include additional project-specific terms.

Standard website package

The advertised $399 launch package is intended for straightforward small-business websites. The standard scope may include up to five pages, mobile optimization, basic contact or quote functionality, click-to-call links, basic SEO setup, SSL, and static website hosting.

Not included

Unless specifically agreed in writing, the standard package does not include ecommerce, customer portals, databases, custom software, advanced booking systems, extensive content creation, large content migrations, paid advertising, or ongoing SEO campaigns.

Domain names and third-party services

Domain registration and renewal are separate from the website price. Clients are responsible for third-party fees unless a written proposal states otherwise.

Client materials

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information and for having the right to use any logos, photographs, text, trademarks, or other materials they supply.

Revisions and delivery

Reasonable revisions to the agreed website content and visual direction are included before launch. Typical turnaround estimates begin after LocalPeacock receives the information and materials needed for the project. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Results

LocalPeacock does not guarantee search rankings, traffic levels, sales, leads, or other specific business results from a website.

Acceptable use

We may decline projects involving unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page will show its latest update date.
